They bring on the sexy times while trying to keep things casual but soon hearts get involved and everything changes. And Jake is so sweet and has a huge heart, and you don’t see what’s coming until Sutton does. With her goats and soap and her persistence, I loved Sutton and her antics. This enemies-to-lovers romance is hilarious and so much fun.

They rub each other the wrong way and though she wants him to leave, he seems to be staying. She wants to stay where she is but technically it’s Jake’s land. Her business is booming and she looks forward to expanding, but her dreams come crashing down when the hot owner returns and wants knock down the barn to make a golf course on the property. Jake returns to his hometown to check out the land and barn he was left to him in his uncle’s will. One Night with a Nutcracker features Jake Shepard and Sutton Stewart and is a fantastic story in this collection. 2 and I can’t get enough of the Shepard brothers or the fun-loving women who capture their hearts. I am thoroughly enjoying the The Reindeer Falls Collection, Vol. All the brothers are back in Reindeer Falls to collect their inheritance when they run into women who will change their lives forever.
